Terms & Conditions

Once you have confirmed with our Wedding Co-ordinator that your chosen date and suite are available, we will provisionally hold these for you and send an event schedule. You should sign and return your event schedule together with a deposit of £1,000 within 14 days to confirm your booking. Bookings not confirmed within 14 days of reservation will be automatically released. It should be noted that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable upon cancellation. A further 25% deposit of the contracted balance is required six months prior to your wedding. Your final balance is required 30 days prior to your wedding.

You are requested to discuss all relevant information, including choice of menu, table plan requirements and the final numbers, no later than two weeks prior to your reception. A full list of terms and conditions will be forwarded to you with your event schedule.
